At Heywood Consolidated School  our students mental health and wellbeing is priority and an everyday focus.

SchoolTV: Partnering with parents to improve student wellbeing at HeyCon

​

SchoolTV is a new digital mental health and wellbeing online platform that equips parents with relevant, fact-based information and practical strategies that stimulate discussion, understanding and action across all dimensions and wellbeing.

Topics and Special Reports are regularly updated and include:

  • Friendship and belonging

  • Resilience

  • Positive Parenting

  • Mindfulness

  • Sleep

  • Body Image

  • School transitions

  • Social media and digital reputation

Throughout these difficult and unpredictable times, SchoolTV has been an instrumental in supporting families as both a proactive and reactive resource. Across 700 schools in Australia and New Zealand, SchoolTV has reached one million parents to support the wellbeing of more than 500,000 primary and secondary students.
